Ped3D- FLX2 orthotic printer

This compact printer revolutionizes in-house orthotic production. Due to its compact size the printer requires a small footprint and is extremely quiet, meaning that it can be set up within the clinical setting. 

This unlocks the potential of bringing orthotic production in house.

Combining 3D foot scans with or without pressure data from the zebris pressure plate an accurate custom orthotic can be designed and manufactured.

Due to its precise operation manual rework is not necessary. Therefore there is no need for workshop equipment and skilled manpower.

With Pedcads innovative Printing strategy, smooth transitions and extremely fast printing a possible.
